We are looking for a creative and technically strong Architect / Master Planning Professional with experience in luxury real estate, resort, and villa developments. Candidate should have strong exposure in hillside / contour-based planning and premium lifestyle projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Master Planning of large land parcels
* Hills / Contour based development planning
* Luxury Villa Planning & Layout Design
* Resort & Hospitality Project Planning
* Land Use, Road Network & Infrastructure Planning
* Clubhouse, Landscape & Amenity Zoning
* Site Feasibility & Concept Development
* Coordination with consultants & execution teams
* Development optimization and planning efficiency
Key Requirements
* 3–7 years relevant experience
* Strong understanding of contour/site planning
* Experience in villa communities & resort projects
* Knowledge of zoning, grading, circulation & landscape integration
* Good design visualization & presentation skills
* Travel-friendly and open for site visits/project travel
* Ability to handle projects independently
Software Skills
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop preferred
Preferred Exposure
* Goa / Uttarakhand / Himachal / hillside developments
* Luxury real estate & hospitality projects
* Farmhouse / plotted / eco-resort developments
