We're Hiring | Customer Success Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Experience: 1+ Years (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Service/Voice Process.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
