Role Overview
You’ll be the backbone of execution. Your job is to make sure content gets planned, created, approved, and delivered on time—without chaos. You’ll work directly with the founder and coordinate between clients, designers, and editors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content operations for multiple clients
- Manage content calendars, approvals, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and strategists
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal team
- Ensure zero delays and smooth communication across projects
- Track deliverables, revisions, and feedback loops
- Maintain quality control before content goes live
- Build and improve internal systems (Notion, Drive, workflows)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in agency / content / project management
- Strong communication skills (this is non-negotiable)
- Highly organized—lives on checklists, timelines, and systems
- Understands Instagram/content workflows (bonus if design sense)
- Can handle multiple clients without dropping the ball
- Proactive mindset—doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience working with architects / design brands
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Drive
- Basic understanding of reels, carousels, and content trends
KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured)
- On-time content delivery rate
- Client satisfaction & retention
- Number of revisions / errors reduced
- Team efficiency & turnaround time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
