Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated IRM Functional Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in risk and compliance domains to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Requirement Management
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops to define risk management processes and controls.
IRM Solution Design
- Design end-to-end IRM processes including risk assessments, policy management, and issue management.
- Define workflows, control frameworks, and governance structures.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards such as ISO, COSO, NIST, SOX.
Implementation & Configuration Support
- Configure IRM modules including workflows, forms, dashboards, and controls.
- Support data models, risk taxonomy, and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and automation.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct user training and develop documentation.
- Support change management and adoption activities.
Testing & Deployment
- Lead SIT/UAT cycles.
- Create test cases and validate system functionality.
- Support go-live and stabilization.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Design dashboards and reports.
Define KPIs/KRIs.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 4–8 years in Risk Management / GRC / Compliance domains.
Core Skills: Understanding of risk frameworks, workflows, stakeholder communication.
Functional Competencies: RCSA, Issue Management, Policy Lifecycle, Audit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to IRM platforms (ServiceNow, Archer, SAP GRC, etc.)
- Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CIA (good to have)
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication, problem solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
Key Deliverables
- FRDs, process designs, test cases, training materials, dashboards.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
