We are hiring a Local / native or permanent resident of Lucknow living in nearest areas of Alambagh, Lucknow who would be responsible for the sales on calls from our Franchise, shopees and others.

- Shift and timing:- day shift, 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
- Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow
Day to day responsibilities:-
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
- To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) and finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her and genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved and direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Requirements:-
- Only MBA - Marketing post graduate can apply.
- Min 1 year work experience in Telesales of pharmaceutical products OR Telesales in any BPO.
- Good in English speaking and written also.
- Sound knowledge of MS - Excel.
Salary:- Rs.17,000-20,000/- pm + Incentives + benefits.
INTERVIEW WILL HELD ONLY F2F MODE IN LUCKNOW HEAD OFFICE.
