Job Objective
To provide efficient and proactive administrative assistance to the HR Department duly supporting HR initiatives/activities. Be a team player and pleasing person to ensure team work and positive work environment across the department.
Specific responsibilities:
§ Perform administrative tasks to support the department in assisting file/record maintenance, ERP data-entry and other support activities.
§ Welcome new employees, provide joining kits and make them settle down for the induction.

Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Assist HRM/AHRM in statutory matters filing and related data entry.
§ Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.
§ Follow-up new hires to complete their pre-onboarding formalities.
§ Provide support to Asst. HR Manager in maintaining updated training calendar, events calendar.
§ Support front office desk as and when required.
§ Any other HR/admin duties as and when required.
