Marketing Lead Strategy & Execution
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who can own, drive, and execute our marketing efforts end-to-end. This role is for someone who thinks strategically, acts decisively, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
This is not a coordination-only or delegation-heavy role. You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and ensuring its execution across digital, content, performance marketing, partnerships, and on-ground initiatives.You will work closely with leadership and take full ownership of marketing outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
Define and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goalsIdentify the right mix of channels: digital, performance, content, partnerships, events, and offlinePlan campaigns for launches, events, festivals, and seasonal initiativesSet quarterly priorities, budgets, and measurable KPIs
Execution
Personally plan and oversee campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platformsReview and refine creatives, captions, ad copies, and campaign messagingStep in to execute when needed from fixing a reel to reworking a campaign structureEnsure timely delivery and quality across all marketing outputsEnsure the website is always updated with the latest information, events, offerings, pricing (where applicable), and visualsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and brand quality across all marketing touchpointsTrack performance, analyze results, and optimise campaigns continuously
Team & Vendor Leadership
Work closely with designers, videographers, freelancers, and agenciesProvide clear briefs and constructive feedbackEnsure accountability, timelines, and quality.Build simple systems and processes to scale marketing efforts sustainably
Performance & Growth
Own lead generation and revenue-driven metricsMonitor campaign performance and ROIUse data to make decisions, test ideas, and iterate fastIdentify new growth opportunities and channels
What Were Looking For
5–12 years of marketing experienceProven experience driving both strategy and executionExperience in hospitality, lifestyle, events, real estate, or consumer brands is a strong plus

Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategyExcellent communication and briefing skillsHigh ownership mindset — takes responsibility, not excusesAble to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
