Role Overview
We are seeking a highly logical, objective, and tech-savvy Incentive Auditor to oversee and validate incentive structures, sales commission payouts, and performance reward frameworks across our EdTech platform.
As an independent auditor operating centrally (outside of sales, operations, or marketing departments), you will act as a completely unbiased evaluator. * Ensure strict adherence to company incentive policies, catching data errors, policy deviations, or unauthorized payout adjustments before final disbursement.
2. Deep-Dive Data & Tech Analysis
* Analyze raw performance data, CRM activity logs (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce), call metrics, and fee collection receipts to verify genuine conversions.
* Detect tracking discrepancies, systemic calculation glitches, or attempts to game/manipulate performance systems.
3. Cross-Departmental Neutrality & Oversight
* Function as an independent, non-departmental entity to guarantee total objectivity with zero conflict of interest.
* Uphold strict neutrality, evaluating performance data purely on merit, logic, and policy guidelines.
4. Dispute Resolution & Stakeholder Influence
* Articulate audit findings, adjustments, and policy gaps clearly and persuasively to department heads and leadership.
* Use strong convincing skills to address incentive-related queries, resolve cross-functional disputes, and maintain transparency across teams.
5. Process Automation & Optimization
* Utilize automated reporting tools, BI dashboards, and database tools to make the auditing workflow efficient and scalable.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to refine and simplify incentive structures.
