We are looking for a skilled and responsible Sheet Metal Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Fiber Laser Cutting machines, ensuring accurate cutting of sheet metal components, and maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Laser Cutting machines for sheet metal fabrication.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and cutting programs.
- Set up machines and materials for laser cutting operations.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure accurate cutting quality.
- Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet production targets.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in CNC Laser Cutting operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and sheet metal fabrication.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
