Job Summary: The Placement Executive will be responsible for enhancing the employability skills of students and ensuring their successful placement in reputed organizations. This role requires building corporate relations, organizing placement activities, and providing career guidance and counselling support.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Driving aggressive corporate outreach and pitching to onboard new recruiters.
- Ensuring a continuous pipeline of companies through active industry engagement.
- Managing the end-to-end placement process to avoid disruption in ongoing drives.
- Strengthening corporate relations for repeat hiring and better conversion.
- Ensuring student readiness aligned with recruiter expectations.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Management / HR related field.
- 2-5 Years of Experience in Training, Placement coordination, or corporate HR roles.
- Excellent Communication skill in English
- Ability to handle multiple placements drives and training schedules.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
