Job Summary
looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers, coordinating order execution, and maintaining sales records. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of engineering products.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Follow up with customers for quotations and order confirmation.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers and internal departments.
- Update customer orders in Tally/ERP.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer records.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales team.
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E. Mechanical with 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Sales Support.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Machinery, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, or Process Equipment companies preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
