Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Sodala, Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5–8 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, inventory management, costing, GST, TDS, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of Costing, Inventory Accounting, and Stock Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Experience in financial reporting and audit coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Preferred.
- Additional certifications in Accounting or Taxation will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Experience handling a team and managing end-to-end accounting functions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial organizations.
- Strong understanding of inventory, costing, and factory-related accounting processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
