About the Role:
EMR Groups of Industries is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Chemist to support laboratory testing, quality control, and product analysis activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong laboratory knowledge, hands-on testing experience, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lab Chemist
Strong understanding of end-to-end laboratory chemistry operations
Proficiency in chemical testing, analysis, documentation, and quality control processes
Fluency in both Tamil and English (Mandatory)
Experience in the fertilizer or agrochemical industry will be an added advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Ability to handle laboratory instruments and testing equipment independently
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Maintain laboratory records, reports, and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Follow laboratory safety guidelines and operational protocols
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry or any relevant qualification
Salary Package:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills, and performance)
