Job Title: Production Supervisor
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal industry.
Qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Handle and monitor press machine operations.
- Experience with progressive tools is preferred.
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
- Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Update daily production records and prepare production reports.
- Plan raw material requirements and coordinate with stores for material availability.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and plating operations.
- Ensure proper packing of finished goods as per customer specifications.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Knowledge of assembly operations will be an added advantage.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in handling press machines.
- Knowledge of progressive tools (preferred).
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of production planning and inventory management.
- Experience in maintaining ISO documentation.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
