Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth through strategic marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
This role requires a highly analytical professional capable of managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing performance, and generating qualified leads through multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for products and services.
- Manage Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization initiatives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, organic search, and paid marketing channels.
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Manage lead nurturing campaigns and drive pipeline generation activities.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics and reporting tools to improve marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Content teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support product marketing, services marketing, and demand generation initiatives.
