Job Summary
Hanswahini Construction Co. is looking for a senior and highly experienced Director with 30+ years of experience in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in construction management, project execution, business operations, contractor management, team leadership, budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction and real estate operations.
- Oversee multiple projects from planning to completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines.
- Guide and manage senior engineers, project teams, contractors and consultants.
- Review project budgets, costs, resources and financial requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve major project and operational issues.
- Ensure proper construction quality, safety and compliance.
- Support business development and evaluate new project opportunities.
- Review project reports and provide direction to management teams.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and business partners.
- Take key decisions related to projects, operations, resources and business growth.
Required Experience & Skills
- 30+ years of professional experience in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure.
- Proven experience in senior management or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management.
- Excellent contractor and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of project costing, planning and execution.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently oversee large-scale operations and projects.
Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
Relevant extensive industry experience will also be considered.
Preferred Candidate ⭐
Candidates with 30+ years of strong industry experience and a proven track record in construction management, project execution, contractor management, team leadership and business operations will be preferred.
