We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with prior experience in hotel sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a proven track record in a similar role.
Candidates must have strong corporate tie-ups and be well-acquainted with the Coimbatore market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the hotel.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute pricing strategies.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients and travel agents.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and finalize group bookings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong corporate network and client-handling experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
Compensation:
We offer a lucrative salary package along with attractive performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
