Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with experience in converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Resolve student queries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Tele Counsellor, or Sales Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Experience using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Training industry.
- Knowledge of student counselling and admission processes.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
