Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Monitor RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing & finishing works.
Check materials, workmanship, dimensions, levels & alignment.
Plan daily activities and ensure timely project completion.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records & measurements.
Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
Conduct site inspections and report project progress to management.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
1–4 years of relevant site experience
Residential construction experience preferred
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings & site execution
Mandatory Requirements
Bike is mandatory
Languages: English & Kannada
