Curiousozzy is hiring experienced Lead Generation Specialists or Lead Generation Teams with expertise in EdTech marketing and performance advertising. We are looking for professionals who can generate high-quality leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across international markets.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity for performance-driven marketers who understand student acquisition, international education trends, and digital advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Generate qualified student and education-related leads for EdTech programs
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI through performance optimization
- Conduct audience research and targeting for international markets
- Create and test ad creatives, ad copies, funnels, and landing page strategies
- Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team to improve lead quality and conversions
Requirements
- Prior experience in EdTech lead generation is mandatory
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record of generating quality leads and scaling campaigns
- Knowledge of CPL, CAC, conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Agencies or teams with international campaign experience
- Professionals experienced in student recruitment or education marketing
