As an HR Operations & Team Management Intern at SKSD, you will play a major role in managing internal workflows, coordinating teams, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring smooth execution across departments.
You will work closely on building scalable operational systems inside a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Operations Management
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to teams
- Tracking task completion and productivity
- Monitoring workflow execution
- Ensuring operational discipline and consistency
- Following up on deadlines and deliverables
HR Coordination
- Coordinating with newly onboarded interns/employees
- Managing communication between departments
- Assisting in operational onboarding activities
- Maintaining structured team operations
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Reviewing daily work reports
- Maintaining productivity trackers
- Monitoring performance consistency
- Identifying inactive or underperforming members
- Escalating operational issues when required
Organizational Management
- Supporting internal management systems
- Helping maintain operational structure
- Assisting in improving workflow efficiency
- Coordinating with department leads and management
