Job Summary
Arqline Designs & Infra LLP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Follow up on inquiries received through various marketing channels.
- Explain the company's interior design and fit-out services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/design team.
- Maintain and update lead records in MS Excel
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for client follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience of 6 Months to 1 Year in:
- Real Estate Sales/Telecalling,
- Interior Design Firm Sales/Telecalling,
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
Working Days
Monday to Saturday
