Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Civil / Production)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations
Manage workforce and ensure production targets are achieved
Monitor quality, material usage, and minimize wastage
Ensure machine maintenance and reduce downtime
Maintain production reports and enforce safety standards
