Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Executives with excellent communication skills to join our IT sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our IT services, and converting leads into customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Handle assigned leads professionally.
- Take regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services.
- Maintain daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team whenever required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Convert leads into successful clients.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Own Laptop/Desktop (Mandatory)
- Stable Internet Connection (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Fluency in the respective regional language (Mandatory)
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work under sales targets
Language Requirement
Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following languages along with Hindi and basic English:
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Malayalam
- Bengali
- Tamil
Candidates who know 2–3 languages will be given preference.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
- Male & Female candidates can apply
Training
- 15 Days Unpaid Work From Home Training (Mandatory)
- No salary or stipend will be provided during the training period.
- Candidates will be trained on handling leads, taking follow-ups, maintaining reports, and the complete sales process.
- Successful candidates will continue as full-time Telecaller Executives after completion of training.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
