Jebelz is looking for a customer-oriented and fluent Arabic Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for our customers, handling daily inquiries through both phone calls and live chats. Your main goal will be to provide quick, helpful, and friendly assistance to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries daily via inbound/outbound calls and live chat support.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and account issues.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and efficiency in every interaction.
- Log and document customer interactions in our support system for future reference.
Requirements
- Language: Native or professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic; good command of English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support (e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, and fast/accurate typing skills.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using chat software, CRM tools, and navigating multiple tabs quickly.
- Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
