Experience : 2 Years in chemicals industry.
Profile Description (responsibilities/job description): - Handling factory inspector, GPCB, and fulfilling all its norms.
Implementation of all safety norms, its trading, documentation, daily audit in company. Responsibility of safety of co-workers and environment. Control of water consumption, solid waste management, water waste management, leakage/spillage of gass, water, material, etc…. Implementation of 5 S in all departments. Conducting trainings in all department.
HR part will include salary calculation, maintain HR policies of company and coordination with internal staff.
Will have to maintain, update, all the ISO 9000 records n formats pertaining to his department, in coordination with MR. Follow JD, PA, objective in time pertaining to his department.
Required Skill: - All safety norms( fir, electric, chemical, operations).Ability to generate risk analyze report in all areas, eliminate it by implementation, Safety training, communication. Good knowledge regarding latest safety norms, norms related to storage of chemicals in permission, good PRO skills to handle GPCB, factory inspector, fire and safety department, outside department, internal company departments. Keep himself updated for latest changes in legal low and company requirement.
Basic skills: - Should be able to write, read and understand English. No need of fluent spoken English. Comfortable on computer to operate word, excel, email, Google drive, PowerPoint.
