About the Role
Webskitters Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing concepts, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to mentor aspiring professionals through engaging classroom and practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts and tools.
- Deliver hands-on training in:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Google Ads & PPC Campaign Management
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Performance Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Web Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, assessments, and case studies.
- Guide learners on live campaign execution, optimization strategies, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate trainee performance through practical assignments and assessments.
- Mentor students to enhance their technical, analytical, and professional skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Maintain training records, progress reports, and attendance documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Digital Marketing Training.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of:
- On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Google Ads & Paid Campaign Strategies
- Social Media Advertising
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct training sessions independently and confidently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in corporate, institutional, or professional training programs.
- Exposure to live projects and campaign optimization strategies.
