Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable IS Codes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site inspections, QA/QC documentation, material testing, and coordinating with clients and consultants to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and IS Codes.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) for client and consultant approvals.
Conduct inspections before, during, and after construction activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site engineers for quality inspections and approvals.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.
Develop and implement Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Verify that only approved materials are used at the project site.
Monitor concrete quality, cube testing, slump tests, reinforcement inspections, and other material testing activities.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with project quality management systems.
Maintain calibration records of testing instruments and measuring equipment.
Ensure all testing and inspection activities are properly documented and traceable.
Coordinate with laboratories for material testing and review test reports.
Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–10 years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.
Experience in handling client inspections and consultant approvals.
Strong knowledge of concrete technology, quality assurance procedures, and construction standards.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple quality activities across project sites.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality construction work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
