Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer (Node Js). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our online platforms. You will play a key role in building robust APIs, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer with NodeJS
- Build and manage RESTful APIs to support web applications
- Design and implement robust database schemas and optimize queries for performance
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and designers
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production
- Implement security best practices to safeguard data and systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeWork with AWS infrastructure to support backend services
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python and Java
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL.
- Good understanding of web application architecture and system design principles
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working on high-traffic or lead-generation platforms
- Exposure to the real estate or prop-tech domain (Preferred)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Backend Development
