We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and a strong passion for talent acquisition and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferred in retail/IT/sales hiring).
- Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/social media hiring.
