Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary, discuss employment terms, and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining dates.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and publish job postings on various recruitment platforms.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring standards.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring status updates to management.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
