Role Description:
The Brand Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand activities to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, supporting events, handling vendor coordination, and maintaining brand standards to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors for branding requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social media, and in-store communications.
- Support content creation for marketing materials, advertisements, and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing activities.
- Coordinate photoshoots, promotional events, and brand activations.
- Maintain marketing inventories such as brochures, branding materials, and merchandise.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs.
- Assist in managing social media calendars and campaign schedules.
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of branding principles and campaign management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
