Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status in the system.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Requirements
- Degree qualification/3 Year Diploma
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
