To manage and control the overall wood factory production operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, productivity, cost efficiency and effective utilization of manpower and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor daily and monthly production activities as per project requirements.
- Ensure production targets, delivery schedules and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Projects and Stores for smooth production flow.
- Allocate manpower and optimize utilization of machines, materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, cutting lists, specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide Foremen, Chargehands and production workers.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage and production costs.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain production records, MIS and daily/weekly production reports.
- Identify productivity gaps and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
Experience: 5–10 years in furniture/interior manufacturing or similar production environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
