Job Summary
The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating motorcycle sales by providing exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs, demonstrating products effectively, and guiding customers through the complete buying journey. The role involves lead management, relationship building, target achievement, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motorcycles and accessories.
- Conduct product presentations and test ride experiences.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote exchange, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
