Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hindi Language Trainer to provide effective language training to students, job seekers, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over Hindi language skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Hindi language training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Conduct practice sessions, activities, and evaluations to enhance language proficiency.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Support learners in improving their communication and conversational Hindi skills.
- Adapt teaching methods based on the learning needs of students and professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi, Languages, Education, or a related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to explain language concepts clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in academic, corporate, or spoken Hindi training.
- Certification or specialized training in Hindi language teaching is an added advantage.
- Experience teaching students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
