Position: Product Manager
Location: Indore & Bengaluru
About the Role:
We're looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of our Legal SaaS product and help shape its next stage of growth.
This role goes beyond managing requirements. You'll be expected to understand customer needs, think critically about product decisions, guide the direction of new features, and work closely with design and engineering to ensure every release delivers real value. You'll play a key role in defining how the product evolves while balancing customer expectations, business priorities, and long-term product direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product and drive its continuous improvement.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear, well-defined product requirements.
- Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and prioritize product enhancements, new features, and urgent business requirements based on business impact and product goals.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to review user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and interface designs, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Work with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Review completed features before release to ensure they meet functional, usability, and quality expectations.
- Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across design, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product execution.
- Contribute to product documentation, release planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap discussions.

- Can confidently engage with enterprise clients, understand their workflows, ask the right questions, and convert discussions into actionable product requirements.
- Has a strong understanding of usability and can provide meaningful direction on UI, user flows, and overall product experience.
- Makes effective use of AI tools, product management platforms, and modern technologies to improve research, documentation, analysis, and day-to-day execution.
- Continuously explores new ideas, technologies, and industry trends that can improve the product and the way the team works.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to lead discussions across product, design, engineering, and customer teams.
- Believes in continuous improvement and is always looking for ways to make the product simpler, smarter, and more valuable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of B2B SaaS products and enterprise software.
- Familiarity with product development methodologies.
- Experience preparing product requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Appreciation for user experience, information architecture, and modern product design principles.
- Familiarity with product management, collaboration, documentation, and AI-powered productivity tools.
