We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Embedded Systems, Automotive Telematics, or IoT products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both manual and automation testing, firmware validation, communication protocols, and hardware-software integration to ensure high product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on product requirements.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and Performance testing.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python/PyTest.
- Validate firmware, hardware-software integration, and communication protocols (CAN, MQTT, TCP/IP, Ethernet).
- Test wireless technologies including 4G/5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS functionalities.
- Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and report defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support release validation and customer issue reproduction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, preferably in Automotive Telematics, Embedded Systems, or IoT.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, Manual Testing, and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Python and PyTest.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, BSP validation, and hardware interfaces (I2C, UART, SPI, GPIO, CAN).
- Experience with JIRA, Git, TestRail/XRay.
- Knowledge of CAN protocol and CAPL scripting is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related fields.
