In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our buyers and internal teams. You will manage the entire post-booking customer journey—ensuring seamless documentation, handling installment timelines, and delivering an exceptional client experience from booking up to possession. Key Responsibilities Post-Booking Formalities: Manage and execute all after-booking documentation, including preparing and verification of Allotment Letters, Buyer-Seller Agreements, and Demand Letters. Payment Collection & Milestone Tracking: Coordinate regular follow-ups with clients regarding demand/installment schedules linked to construction milestones; ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. Client Relationship Management: Act as the direct point of contact for customer inquiries, grievances, and requests, resolving them professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates. Database Management: Regularly update and maintain clean, accurate data entries in the company’s CRM system (such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Excel dashboards) regarding customer status, payments, and interactions. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site Project teams to ensure smooth progress tracking and accurate communication with buyers. Possession Documentation: Assist and guide buyers through the final handover process, legal registration support, and post-possession services. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of core CRM or customer handling operations within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Banking/NBFC sector. Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English (essential for building local client rapport). Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and standard CRM software. Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the patience to manage high-value client relationships under pressure. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Collection Efficiency: Meeting monthly payment collection targets against raised demands. Data Accuracy: Zero errors in customer legal documentation and data inputs. Turnaround Time (TAT): Resolution speed for customer queries or complaints.
