Job Overview:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the two-wheeler automobile service center, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and to a high standard on the floor. The role includes managing a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality in time, and ensuring the workshop operates profitably and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring timely and efficient service, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, and performance reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing service inquiries, providing updates, and resolving complaints.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all services meet workshop standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Work assigning to technicians and ensuring timely delivery.
- Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and conducting safety audits.
- Maintain documentation and reports, tracking service orders, parts usage, and generating performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
