Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN + Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Python and React.js and should be comfortable working with backend APIs, frontend development, database management, and deployment processes.
The role requires someone who can independently handle modules, collaborate with team members, and build clean, scalable, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Python
- Build reusable UI components and responsive front-end interfaces
- Develop backend APIs and business logic using Python frameworks
- Work with MongoDB for database design and management
- Handle API integration between frontend and backend systems
- Write optimized, clean, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and project teams
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Work on deployment and version control processes
- Maintain documentation and technical deliverables
- Follow timelines and deliver assigned tasks within deadlines
