Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations
- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards & visual merchandising
- Work closely with sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor daily sales vs targets
- Supervise showroom staff
- Handle escalations and complaints
- Ensure high customer satisfaction & repeat business
- Monitor customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Analyze sales trends and operational gaps
