Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our Manufacturing and Construction business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, inventory accounting, project costing, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in Tally Prime 9.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime 9.
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Support management with financial insights and other accounting-related requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior/Junior Accountant Executive.
- 7+ years of overall accounting experience will be preferred.
- Experience in the Manufacturing and/or Construction industry.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime 9.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project accounting and cost control.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production accounting.
- Experience with project-wise and job-wise accounting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good leadership, coordination, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to meet strict reporting and compliance deadlines
