We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients about visa processes, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about visa options
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
- Maintain records of calls and client details in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes preferred
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Experience:
- 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling/sales preferred
Salary:
- ₹15,000-25,000 per month + Incentives
