Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong CRM management capabilities, and the ability to provide end-to-end client support.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential clients through calls.
* Schedule meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support and resolving queries effectively
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
* Follow up consistently with leads and clients to drive conversions and business growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients
* Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and competitor activities
