We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads within our high-growth ITES and social technology organization, headquartered in Delhi and serving international markets across London, Dubai, and New York. You will manage high-volume advertising budgets, design A/B testing frameworks, and build multi-touch attribution models connecting campaign activity directly to closed revenue. SLA-governed lead routing, CRM automation oversight, and real-time performance reporting to senior stakeholders are central deliverables of this position. Mastery of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and API-based tracking integrations is essential. Experience with automated data extraction, international conversion funnel optimization, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and ITES Operations teams is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings four or more years of paid media experience, a demonstrated record of reducing Cost Per Lead while sustaining lead quality, and strong familiarity with data attribution methodologies. Awareness of Delhi's evolving digital market landscape and cross-border campaign execution is a distinct advantage.
