Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, customer follow-ups, documentation, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) as per business needs.
Handle customer and lead follow-ups.
Prepare quotations.
Maintain reports, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Canva.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic computer proficiency and professional email handling.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
