The role involves managing the production team, ensuring programs assigned by the Production Manager are executed as planned, monitoring delays, coordinating with seniors to resolve issues, and aligning the team towards smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Implement production schedules provided by the Production Manager.
- Track progress across each stage (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, dispatch).
- Identify bottlenecks or delays and report them promptly.*\*
- Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily/weekly targets.
- Ensure proper alignment of manpower and workflow.
- Motivate and maintain discipline within the team
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production reports and update the Production Manager.
- Highlight variances in production and manpower utilization.
- Ensure all production data is recorded accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
