Position Overview
We are hiring dedicated and disciplined Nursing Staff / OT Technicians to join our surgical and patient care team. Candidates should be passionate about patient safety, OT discipline, infection control, and smooth coordination during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Nursing Staff
Provide quality nursing care to admitted patients.
Monitor patient vitals and maintain nursing records.
Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Coordinate with RMOs, consultants, and patient attendants.
Ensure proper documentation and handover during duty shifts.
OT Technician
Prepare OT before surgeries and maintain OT sterility.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures.
Handle OT instruments, sterilization, and equipment setup.
Maintain OT inventory and consumables.
Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation.
Support post-operative shifting and OT cleaning protocols.
Maintain operation theatre discipline and infection control standards.
Eligibility Criteria
ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in OT Technology
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of OT protocols and patient handling preferred
Candidates with hospital experience will be preferred
