We are seeking a talented, creative, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering graphic design courses, conducting hands-on training sessions (in-person/virtual), and providing one-on-one mentorship to help students build a strong portfolio. This is an ideal role for a designer passionate about sharing knowledge, guiding beginners, and keeping up with the latest design trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, or a strong Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or UI/UX tools is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Soft Skills: High patience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex design concepts to beginners.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative flair, versatility, and conceptual/visual ability.
